PROVISION OF CORRECT CONTACT DETAILS
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a complete and correct name and email address for onward arrangement of personal training sessions.
PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS
All in-person training sessions featured on this website are available within the City of Glasgow in Scotland. Gym based training sessions are available in the Energie Fitness gym in Cambuslang. You do not need to be a member of the gym to attend sessions and will not have to pay any additional fees for access to attend your session.
Outdoor sessions can be arranged but location must be agreed through the Contact Form before sessions are purchased.
Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date medical information to ensure that training sessions are suitable for their requirements. Any medical information provided will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with any third parties. This information is collected through the Pre-Programme Analysis Form and used for health and safety reasons.
Clients must be aware of the risks involved in participating in an exercise programme and in fitness testing. Results of the training provided can only be achieved with full client cooperation and effort towards the programme. Clients participate in the training entirely voluntarily and can refuse training if they so wish. Clients must read and agree to the these terms and conditions before participating in any fitness training.
Sessions take place at a previously agreed time and place. Non-attendance without warning will be considered to be a completed session and no refund will be issued. Session times can be moved and re-arranged up to 24 hours before the session takes place.
Sessions that require cancelation due to events outwith the control of either party (weather, civil unrest, act of God) will be rearranged.

I reserve the right to decline any order at my sole discretion.
Thomas Starmore Personal Trainer is based in Scotland, and these terms and conditions shall be interpreted and governed under Scottish law.
